Terms of Service
Plain-language summary of the agreement covering use of the AXON router.
1. Service
AXON routes API requests to third-party model providers. We do not train models and we do not guarantee any specific model remains available — deprecations are announced on the changelog at least 30 days ahead, except where an upstream removes a model with less notice.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to prompts you send and completions you receive. You are responsible for having the right to send whatever you send, and for how you use what comes back.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to identify individuals from data you do not have consent to process, no reselling raw router access as your own inference capacity without a written agreement.
4. Billing
Credit is prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Usage is billed per token at the rate published at the time of the request. Failed requests that return no tokens are not billed.
5. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the router itself. Upstream provider outages are routed around where an alternative exists, but are not covered by that target when no healthy upstream remains.
6. Termination
Either side may stop at any time. On termination we delete keys immediately and any unused credit remains available for 12 months should you return.
